I am more of a modern medicine guy, but I do believe in some of the herbal medicines. And in a way, our diet is medicine. If we are eating healthy foods, we will live longer. If we eat junk foods, we live shorter. Although, I have a similarity with you. If you use Vicks for everything, I use pure menthol oil for everything. Vicks is too weak for me, but menthol oil and eucalyptus oil is what I use.
