False Teeth

Postby Spontaneo » 13 Jun 2025, 20:33

I have already written an article on this topic and need to clarify my mistakes.

I did not realize that I could not submit a reply whenever I wanted. That is all that I needed to be told. Plain English.

I would really like to discuss with others about having false teeth.

Do you have difficulties? No problems?

What do you consume?

Thank you.

I don't have dentures, but I have a friend with them and he said they took a few weeks to get used to. He was pretty miserable during that time, but it got better, and now he can eat normally. They look fine too. You wouldn't know they weren't his real teeth.

I am sure going to miss my homemade bread pizza at first. You would think that I should lose weight, but my homemade protein shakes and homemade protein smoothies probably are not going to let my diet happen.

Guess what? The top teeth are all gone! Yay! I actually do not look as bad as I had thought that would.

Guess again! I am still able to "gum" my bread pizza! Thank goodness!

Really, I am able to really "gum" any sandwich, for example, my Hammy Sammy.

I was training myself to consume rice, polenta (grits), oatmeal, etc., but the soft food was making my stomach feel nauseous.

My next dentist appointment is in August. I am not sure whether for a fitting or what.

I really want a plate of my mother's homemade spaghetti! What is really strange is that I can "gum" a sandwich but not spaghetti.

Good luck with it Spontaneo, is there a plan to replace your teeth with something, e.g. with false teeth?

My next appointment is in August. I am not sure whether for a fitting or not. I may seem odd, but I kind of like how I look without top teeth.

May I ask what you ate when you first had your teeth removed?

Only soft food. Puding, hot dog but not in bread, boiled potato but small pieces, spaghetti, soups. I those days I lost like 5 kilograms. Entire process last 10 days plus recovery.

I want spaghetti so bad but too hard to chew. How did you manage?

In that case probably was more macaroni or other pasta. Maybe it was spaghetti to since Italians say we always overcooked it. Sorry I forgot all details. Not pleasent procedure.

Thank goodness for Bella food choppers. My blender purees any food that I toss in the darn thing no matter the button I push.

Being that I cannot chew all vegetables, a food chopper is a blessing!

I do like blender purees when I want to prepare a protein smoothie or protein shake.
