How Do You Workout?

For some it's running or cycling and for others it may be just walking. Even though my lifestyle in general is active I still set aside time to do something extra. Everyday I get some stretches in and at least once weekly I go swimming.

How are you keeping fit these days?

I'm slim so I didn't bother myself with it. I just do jogging and I am not regular with it too

I really wish I could do more because I spend a lot of time sitting down. For now, I go for 30-45 minute walks at least 5 times a week depending on my schedule. I try to walk briskly. I'm really interested in doing yoga as well but want to do a little research first.

Lots of different ways. I need variety, or I get bored and don't do it. I dance, do aerobics, balancing exercises (circus stuff), pilates, yoga, and resistance (with small weights).

I follow Youtube training. What people do, I repeat. Tabat or hiit. Lately I rare excercise since it is to warm for workout in apartment.

I just like to walk and that too in the morning, I have started with stretches months ago but I felt bored with these

Weight loss is not the only reason to exercise. It's good for your heart, lungs, bones and mental health, and helps you sleep better.

I do about 20 minutes of stretching / yoga type exercises most weekday mornings and about 10 minutes on the weekends and during holidays. I find that it helps keep me flexible and hopefully avoid aches and pains. I also go for regular walks which I believe is a healthy low impact exercise. I am a little concerned that I am not getting much cardio and should probably include some of that.

It's good to exercise daily and have a routine and it even helps you look young, fit and even ready for the day

I like cycling exercise is very good for you and can reduce risk of many disease I like staying fit and healthy

I am just doing the easy things and not going to try any extravagant as I do have issues with my lower and upper back

I walk at least 4-5 times a week but wish I could do more. I've been getting a few twinges here and there, and some of my students have recommended stretches and yoga. I definitely need to get into it because I spend most days sat down. Plus I can do it indoors on days when I can't go out walking. What kind of yoga do you do, @Fergal? There's just so much information out there it can get very confusing for newbies such as myself. I'm far from being flexible as well :(

I just do a few yoga stretches such as the cat, shoulder stand, swaying tree and cleansing breadth. I don't follow any particular discipline or course, just do a few stretches that I feel are helpful.

I mix cardio and strength to keep things interesting—morning jogs, evening body‑weight circuits, and a weekly spin class. On rest days I focus on mobility with yoga and foam rolling. For muscle recovery I’ve tried a few legal supplements and even checked out steroids warehouse usa for their lab‑tested options, which helped me bounce back faster after heavy lifts.

I’m fiscally fit to walkout but still I find it more difficult to workout it fill as painful thing to me whenever I went to gym so because of the pain I quit working out because I can’t endure it.
