Have you ever tried any martial arts?

Postby Jem Smith » 07 Jul 2024, 08:23

Have you ever tried any type of martial arts? If you have, what sort? Did you enjoy it? Did you keep doing it, or only try it once?

That's a pity, but understandable.

A friend talked me into joining his Kung Fu class once, but it was not for me. I'm not very coordinated, which doesn't always stop me doing physical things (I do juggling and dancing), but matters more when you might get kicked in the face. I'd rather watch it than take part in it.

Yes and I have a warning, Dont do Kungfu,Karate and Taekwondo they are useless. If you want Martial arts that can save you from getting murdered do Judo, Muai Thai, Filipino Martial Arts , Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga.

It depends what you want to get out of it. Not everybody is just into them for self defence. A lot of people enjoy them for fitness and the social aspect.
