What do you think about ticketing companies who charge extra fees like convenience charges for purchasing tickets online?

At Yapsody.com, We don't charge any extra fees to both fans and event presenters for buying or selling tickets online.

No, I don't think people should be charged extra convenience fees for buying tickets online, because I feel that they are being over charged when fees are added to the original ticket price. Many people will avoid online ticket companies who charge additional fees by searching for other online ticket agents who won't charge extra. It is good to know that
at Yapsody.com consumers are not subject to additional ticket charges.

Charging extra is oK because it saves us a lot of time and inconvenience, standing in the Queue But it should be nominal, not too much.

Thanks for your feedback. We started charging fees for Reserved Seating Events and we are getting good revenue out of it. But General admission events are still free without any fees from Yapsody.
