Birmingham (England) CommonWealth Games (CWG) are on. These games are of a select group of nations that were once part of the British (Commonwealth) empire.

India is so far in the 5th position in CWG. Australia, England and Canada are in the top 3.
India has Golds, 11 silvers and 9 Bronze so far with more medals in Athletics than normal and in some other sports and likely medal in Cricket which is back in CWG after 24 years (last in 1998).
