Everything would be fine, but not in the case of Novak Đoković.

He manages to get special approval from the Australian Open organisation about playing in case vaccine would harm him. Rumors he got it since he has Celiac disease.He went into Australian but border patrols stop him anyway.

Reasons:
- Border patrol don't approve this license from Open. It is not according to federal laws about to enter in the country so this special approval is not valid.
- Looks his team filed wrong application for entering in country for a visa. It should fill a special application for entering without application if you prove vaccine will harm you. A team filled regular application which requires covid vaccine.

Now Novak stuck in special house for immigration while his case is on the Melbourne federal court about reviewing a case.

There are both sides of support - for him and against him.
Some say it should be allowed him to play since he is one of the best players.
Second side says not to. Australia has many lockdowns and many people didn't see relatives because of this rule and nobody should be exception, no matter how popular he is.

He lied about non visiting any other country 14 days before entering in Australia except Serbia - in that period he was in Serbia and Spain.
That is currently biggest his problem.
There are also proofs how he, after he find out he got corona, didn't stay in isolation.

Everybody as athlete want see him on court but corona is bigger than sport and if regular people must follow rules, he must to.

Looks Novak will be kicked out of country. Minster declared his visa but Novak still can complain.
