The transathlete banning law divides USA now

Postby Netherrealmer » 20 Jun 2021, 16:07

28 US states are passing laws that bans trans women from competing against Biological women in sports because of Biological advantage.

Three states just signed the banning making the ban official.

The reason, Biologically female girls and women had complaint because of the this disadvantage they have against Trans Women who are bigger and stronger than them. The world olympics allows trans athlete compete against women if they transitioned for a long time but recently there is a trend of non transitioned trans women who still have male parts competing against women.

One example is Hannah Mouncey who still have male parts but competes against women. With that she beats women so easy:

We don't really see transmen compete against men in men's sports because they still have women's strength. Also steroids are banned in sports and transmen used them to look like men. US is currently divided on this issue.

Some people suggest to give trans athletes their own Olympics just like differently abled people have special olympics.

It's probably because they'd be disqualified for the use of steroids. Having their own segment in the olympics might be a solution just like with the special olympics as you mentioned. I saw Governor DeSantis featured on one of your videos so that probably means Florida is one of the three. I didn't watch them yet though.

This is good news. They might take estrogen which makes them weaker compared to bio-men but, most of the time, most of their body structure (especially bones) was developed way before transitioning. There's no fun in competing, or even watching, when you already know who's going to win and why.
I'm sorry they feel like it's discrimination, but they need a reality check.

I can understand allowing those who transitioned as children because they got female bone density but the ones who enjoyed an adult life as male should not compete with women. Look at how the MMA fighter Fallon Fox injured multiple women

The competition should be fair and then it's a treat to watch. They seem to easily win over their opponents. That does not sound to be fun.

New Zealand doesn't care about fairness so they will send transwomen who transitioned as adult men to Tokyo Olympics for easy gold medals.

Yeah, they're fighting over it. California just banned state-funded travel to Florida because of this. They (FL) made the list after recent developments.
