Exercise Equipment

Postby Chel » 08 Jul 2020, 01:43

Do you have any exercise equipment?

If so, what?

I still have my exercise bicycle and ab trimmer as well as weights. I don't use them anymore due to disability but keep them in case I can get my partner to use them. Doubt that'll ever happen though!

Let's see:
-pull up bar
-recumbent gym bike
-6 kettlebells from 8kg to 24kg
-2 pairs fixed dumbbells, 8kg and 22.5kg
-weighted bag (20kg)
-barbell and dumbbells with weights up to 140kg

I think that's it. :D

I've used something everyday for the last 10 years.

I wish I had room enough to store a few more items - I'd love a mini treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine and weights. Those are my favourites exercise tools. But my apartment is too tiny, that's why I have to either power walk or jog. I also have a twist and turn exercise board which is really good for the abs but it's only a tiny little thing that doesn't take up much space.

I don't have a particular exercise equipment. I just do some, push ups, squats, sit ups, running or skipping along with some stretching in a day.

I have a scooter. :) It's not electric. And 50 meters from my house is a park with fitness equipment. I usually go there in the morning.

If you are a fitness freak getting some exercise equipment is fun. Instead of going to the gym one can work out from home sweet home😜

I have a room just for my exercise equipment and there is there that I exercise. I have a treadmill, an elliptical bike, an abs shaper, several dumbells, and a complete weight training machine and a training bench.

I don't have any exercise equipment but I do exercise daily. I rely on routines in a certain app that don't really require equipments.

Sometimes I think exercise equipment is an extra expenditure and just for fancy show off..As long as we use them properly it's good for workouts from home itself.

Yes, Yoga is a total mind–body workout that combines strengthening and stretching as well as it's good for relaxation.

Well most of mine are in the shed as I have no room in my home now for them. Bought them years ago when I was still living at my parents.

I am a disable person so any other exercise like stretching and walking is not possible for me so some practice of some yoga posture is very useful for me
