Jose Mourinho is guy who like spend money and buy good players but they cost a lot. Many people connect him and Jorge Mendes, biggest manager for players transfer.
From the other side is Daniel Levy, Tottenham president. Guy is recognized as a difficult negotiator and he don't like spend Money. Totenham didn't bring any new player for two years, until last summer.
So we have Jose who likes spend Money and Daniel who likes save money. What do you think how long this will last?
