Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

I am not sure who will win. But I wish I was invited to a super bowl party.
It's been a while. But I will probably just get wings and beers and watch it at my friends house. Or we could just watch movies.

Did you realize that you can visit most theaters and get the good stuff, without seeing a movie. Just go to the concession counter and buy it. We do this every once in a while since the theater is only a couple of miles from our house and on Tuesdays they sell it for half price to those who have their free loyalty card.

It's only because you like the drama, you know. The moment you responded to the demand for popcorn was the moment it turned into a popcorn thread, Lol. You could have walked on by. But no, you went on to suggesting where to get popcorn....and even butter too. This is what you like to do. But it's ok because Superbowl and popcorn go hand in hand. I'm going to try what @oldbuddy has been doing. Until this Superbowl thread I didn't know about it. And, by the way all my money is on the Patriots so that's a sign they will win. :)

Here is a Superbowl treat from recipetips(dot)com:

Game Day Popcorn

16 cups popped corn
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
ΒΌ cup butter
3 teaspoons lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons Chile powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Peanuts (optional)
Granola (optional)

In a large bowl, combine popcorn, peanuts (optional), granola (optional), and shredded cheese. On medium heat, melt butter. Add spices to melted butter and stir well. Pour butter and spice mixture over popcorn mixture and toss.

Hey it's all good. Thank you for the recipe. I am sure a few people will make this popcorn treat. The best thing is it don't have to be the superbowl, it can be anytime.
