Did you ever try box as sport?

Postby mrki444 » 07 Jan 2019, 12:27

Box is very good sport. Many people think it's only good for fight and violence but it's very good for Health of your body. Boxing your arms, backs, legs become much stronger and also you can defend yourself it bad situations.

Did you every try boxing? I didn't but maybe I will try it later.

You don't have to go hard from start. Just training some basic punches with bag and moves will be good for you.

I have never tried this form of exercise in my life. I have read many articles about it though so I know it is a great way of keeping your body healthy.

I honestly don't understand the kind of pleasure people derive from watching two people hit each other..maybe some people get their kicks from watching people get hurt.
I don't like boxing as a sport. Its too violent and the kind of damage it does to your body cannot be quantified...Mohammed alli comes to mind

No. Boxing is a sport for men, so at least I experience this sport. I'm more for tennis, for example :)
