Do you work out?

Postby Vens » 05 May 2015, 08:28

Do you work out? Are you doing sports or train martial arts? I used to do parkour and trained Ninjutsu but it's been a couple of years and these days I'm not very active unfortunately. I really hope to get back into some training because I've been missing it. What about you?

Neither I am a sports person nor I know the martial arts, I am not interested in sports and my age will not support to lear martial arts.

I do work out! every day!
I have 2 schedules in mu full time job. When i get in at 11am i wake up at 8am, taake my breakfast and go for a jogging time! :D
when i get in at 8am i get out at 5pm and do some aerobic exercise at home with videos that i have from classes.
I don't spend money on gym, it's a waste of money and you can do the same at home if you buy the right equipement
I have a cube, that has some weight and have 101 exercises.

It's very nice and costed me 27$ more or less :D

I do not work out. I do try and walk though and was doing Zumba for a while. I need to pick up the pace though and get back at it and lose some weight for sure.

I used to be pretty competitive in track and field in highschool, but nowadays I'm not that active. Luckily my weight stayed around the same though, although my muscle tone isn't as good.
