CHESSBOXING hands down, my favourite sport. It started as a joke, but is not a legit activity, 3 minutes per round, 1 round of chess, followed by 1 round of boxing

Brisk walks are good. It's not tiresome like running, but because you are pushing yourself, you sweat a lot. It is a good exercise and it is easy on your knees.
