How to Get in Shape?

When you do the right thing in sculpting your body, you can never say the ugly never get a chance. The gravity can even go up to how you can improve your physiognomy you can never imagine. Take it from the authority.

People will never approach and ask advice if they don't see proofs from you yourself. Surely they'll keep coming. Words are never enough. Empirical evidence suffices. When they come to you that's proof positive. And from there go from maintaining to pushing to the limits. Never seize because time doesn't. You may listen to the opinionated but deep down laugh and enjoy your silence. In the end you will benefit from those who refuse to listen to you. You will never win over them but your success will do. So let it do the making. The last straw is all yours in the end. Theirs will wane when they see no proofs to draw nigh.

yea,having a good toned body is everyone dream but we sometimes becomes very lazy to do anything about it.In fact what brought the problem in the first place is even our laziness, lack of moving and all that.On a lighter note,is it just exercise that helped you out?

I suggest doing a hundred burpees every other day. Of course, within a 30 minute time limit. Trust me, if you can do that, then you'd get back in shape right away.

Exercise not enough if you don't have good diet and sleep.

That's one top secret. And also if you can release flatulence as much as you can.

What are the basic things to do that could put the body in shape and what are the effectiveness ways of building six packs?

I don't go to the gym, but I've downloaded an app called "7 minutes". It's a great app which helps me keep in shape. There are days when I'm really motivated on working out, but most of the time I'm just too lazy. Plus, my BMI is 18.5 and I don't know how to keep working without going underweight. Do you have any suggestions on losing stomach fat with minimal effects on other body parts?

I agree. These two are the main factor to consider to always be in shape. Eliminating those foods that wont be good for your fitness diet and at
the same time working out for those excess foods you take. This two can also help
you boost your immune system.

It's not easy to get in shape. Need to exercise a lot and even gym and dieting

Eating right is one way to start off as you slowly progress into cardio work out to help burn the calories. Then start off with muscle building exercises and be consistent the results will slowly show.

You have nice abs. How many abs do you have? Hehehe I don't go to the gym but I've been trying to do Yoga in my house.

I don't go to the gym but i try to exercise in the house whenever i have a few minutes to spare. I do aerobics skipping and zumba exercises and dances that keeps my body toned up.
