I pretty much spent the whole day in church though since it's the easter period, we have a lot of activities to do.

Today I spent the day baking - a buttery cake with a truckload of chocolate sprinkles (my own recipe) and a mixed berry crumble. Then I made rice and chicken curry for dinner. In between, my husband and I were video chatting with our folks in the UK. They've sadly not been very well :(

My roommate has been mean lately.

Next, I have been organizing our house.

So, I took out a few minutes and did a little online retail therapy.

I need to work on an article topic "Whatever Made You Feel Like You Had A Superpower?"

A couple of my own examples, when I used to drive years ago:

1. While driving through a tornado

2. While driving through a whiteout

Very scary!

I'm annoyed with myself. I keep watching those dang video shorts. They're addictive. Before I know it, I've wasted an hour when I could have been doing something to earn money. It's a bad habit. :x I'm mad at myself.

Having a problem with the site I write for. The site owner made some changes, and it completely changed my author privileges.

It's Saturday here. I slept in late, which I needed after a bit of a tiring work week. Tonight I'm going out to see a punk band. :D

Today I'm just staying home working on an assignment. It's slow going because it's boring and I keep procrastinating.

I spent a full 2 hours of my afternoon talking to my friend in Australia  Honestly, once we get talking, we never stop! Now I'm playing catch up. She called me when I was right in the middle of cleaning as well, after which I had loads more stuff to do.

I keep getting surveys to work on with YouGov. I could wait until I earn enough for $50 cash. But I think I'm going to opt for an Amazon gift card. It requires fewer points, and I shop on Amazon all the time anyway.

I completed my food diary for tomorrow and am so disappointed.

A meal consists of scrambled eggs with rice and vegetables.

I found out online that I need to rinse the rice. I have never rinsed rice before.

Do you rinse your rice?

I had to stay later at work so it was a bit of a long day. At least I'll get paid overtime.
