It was a very busy day for me today! I taught three lessons, washed my hair, baked some bread, made a dessert (mousse) for tonight's dinner, did a spot of cleaning and finally watched a football match

Unlike others, I prefer my VOICE over VIOLENCE.

I need to exercise more than I do. My family physician told myself that I am bored and too sedentary. uuuuugh

I was a bad girl today.

I had a peanut butter sandwich.

Then, I have 3 cartons of eggs in the fridge and wanted to prepare a couple of batches of egg salad this evening.

Next, there has been a box of Eggo in our freezer for like forever. So, I was hungry and did not think that 3 would be bad. This was around noon.

I logged in my Eggo on myfitnesspal.com food diary and there were over 1,000 calories. Not good.

I don't really know if I am up to preparing egg salad now.

I need to consume some type of food later on tonight. So, I am going to have a turkey breast sandwich with a tomato and lettuce salad.

I had a few lessons this morning and then dashed out to town to run a few errands for a friend who lives in Australia. She's renovating a house she and her husband just bought here over Christmas from Australia... madness!!

I prepare whatever the 2 want.

A little while ago, the 2 left to go to Sam''s Club. My roommate asked if I needed anything. I replied that some small food storage containers would be nice. She replied do you have any money?

I actually don't know where the time went. I had three lessons this morning and then wasted a lot of time on YouTube looking at food recipes and inverters for the rest of the day

Do you really have to ask if you're being greedy?

What you should ask is - are they your friends?

Why are you doing this anyway? If you volunteered, then they'll probably just say - they never asked you to do it. But since you volunteered, they didn't stop you. Uuuhhh? You might have taken it as an insult. Or .. you didn't say you were expecting something in return. It's so easy for them to flip the script. You make it sound like you're easy to manipulate.

Another productive day for me. I had 3 early lessons. After that, I did some cleaning and then washed my hair before settling down for a great football match in which we won.... YAY!!! I then made dessert for dinner, and I just finished cooking... phew!!

I'm overwhelmed that Trump started a war because Netanyahu said so. All this time, I thought he was Putin's "Boo". It turns out he's Netanyahu "Boo'. I could hardly concentrate to work online yesterday. This morning I woke up with a determination to STAY CALM AND CARRY ON.

My article about protein was published on WN.

Yesterday, I had blood work. Then, I played bingo and won 2 bottles of shampoo and stationery. Next, I had a "forgetful" lunch. Why forgetful you ask? Every Tuesday, I go to the cafe and have coffee and order my usual loaded nachos with diet soft drinks. About 2 hours after I had placed my order, the workers were sitting down talking. I knew something was not right as they started to close and I still did not receive my order. I went to the counter and asked. The workers forgot myself! LOL So, I got a carry-out container. They told myself from now on to speak up for myself. uuuuuuugh

Bought a new laptop and I'm now working on it. Bought it off Amazon. It's used but suits my needs.
