Yesterday I had:
Breakfast:
breakfast sandwich with leftover sausages, peanut butter, shallots, jalapenos and vegan cheese. Weird combination, but good, and keeps me going for a long time.
Juice, black tea.
Protein water (after my workout)
Lunch-
leftover pasta with a lentil based sauce
An apricot
Black tea
Dinner-
2 non alcoholic beers
Burritos (with TVP mince, lettuce, corn, tomato, vegan cheese, avocado, hot sauce)
