I think I'm the only person that doesn't have meal diary because I don't eat in the morning or afternoon. My meal is always once a day and I am already filled.

Cabbage soup sounds great! Do you have a recipe to share? I haven't made cabbage soup in years, so if you don't I might see if I can find one.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs, toast with vegemite, carrot and orange juice, black tea

Lunch:
Leftover veggie Tikka Masala with Jasmine rice (not the kind I'd normally use but it's what we had). A mandarine.

Black tea.

Small bowl of chips (the vegan cheese ball things again) because I felt like I needed some salt, and also because tastiness. It was hot and I was drinking lots of water.

Dinner: Burritos (various chopped raw veg, TVP mince, vegan cheese, hot sauce)
Non alcoholic beer

Some vegan hazelnut chocolate. So good. I want to buy some more.

Dust off that Crock-Pot...

Tear off pieces of cabbage and fill up the Crock-Pot
Pour in cartons of broth to almost full but I also use water to the top with bouillon cubes.
Season to taste.
Cook on HIGH for 5 hours.

Voila! That's it!

You can also include egg noodles, as is delicious too! I like with and without.

My food diary was not the greatest today. However? Delicious.

2 tacos
1 taco salad
1 1/2 serving of on the border cafe style tortilla chips
2 donettes

iced authentic mochas (been a while!)
hibiscus grape iced tea (I am kind-of not telling the truth... The recipes calls for grape juice but the grocery store was out of grape so I had to buy cranberry grape!) (grrrrr)
unsweetened iced tea
Tonight, while working, I am going to have some IHOP buttery syrup coffee.

Today's food diary:

2 pieces of bread pizza
1 egg salad sandwich
beef ramen noodles
