Some guy was going around shooting homeless people. Shot 5, killed 2 of them. He was caught yesterday. Because it was at a gas station, the take-down was caught on camera. It was super scary!

The scary part was there were about 5 policemen with guns drawn and they were near gas pumps. I was thinking: 'Please guy! Just give up! Don't make them discharge their weapons near those gas pumps!' The guy gave up without a fight. WHEW!

Of course, once he was apprehended, immediately his father was pleading that his son had mental health issues and that the "system" had failed him. Oh really? The son seemed to have enough sanity to know better than to provoke police officers to shoot their guns around those gas pumps!

Nowadays, here in Italy, in order to pay for a full tank of fuel, we need before to sell the car!
In fact it costs 2.40 €uro / liter
This is madness...

I treated myself to a one-month subscription of Viki PLUS so that I could access more of the Korean historical period dramas. I'm watching a fantasy/comedy about ghosts. I wanted to watch something lighthearted and not too difficult to digest. I'm going to cancel my subscription after one month because I can't afford it. But for now, I'm having fun! :D

You see, I am currently a subscriber to Netflix, but nevertheless I realized that everything that is in "subscription" takes away a lot of money month after month without realizing it and this today more than ever it's not a good thing!

I live with my kids who have different tastes in entertainment. One of my kids subscribes to Netflix. Another likes DisneyPlus and Hulu. They pay for those subscriptions. But I really like Korean dramas and none of those streaming services have enough of a selection. That's why I decided to pay for my own Viki subscription. They have a lot of K-dramas! :D

I've been writing my review towards a movie I watched yesterday and didn't like much. Other than that, everything's going well and good.

Hi, my dear friend, cmoneyspinner. I only found out now that you have been a member here, since 2017, while I, only for a short time.
From what I understand, you perform online-jobs, today also called smartworking.
I'm sorry, I kindly would like to ask you and this obviously without being intrusive, if can you make enough money by working online.
Thank you.

You're not being intrusive. The answer is NO. If it were not for my sons letting me stay with them and paying for the Internet, I do not know where I would be. However, now that I have decided to learn about cryptocurrency, I am hoping things will change. Investing in crypto seems to be a better way to earn more these days. I would like to be able to at least assist them with a little bit of money on a monthly basis.

I started my day as usual working on my laptop and I don't usually do this ... but I took a break for an hour and just listened to some music videos. Then I got back to work!

I used to catch the bus to lots of different places because I worked various temp jobs. That's when I realized that the City's bus services SUCKED!! But the cool thing is that my rides were usually 30 to 45 minutes so I could read.
