This weekend, I was plum out of Jordan's Skinny Syrup and thought I would lose my mind! My order just came in the mail today!

Attached is a photo of the Winter Trio Set. White Chocolate Mocha, Cinnamon Vanilla and Salted Caramel Swirl. I have a cup by my side already!

The maintenance are now installing the kitchen flooring. Looking very nice.

Tonight, I have a meeting to attend.

Got a bummer eMail from BlockFi. Because of some sort of regulatory update I am currently not earning interest on my crypto. I have to wait for them to bring their operations into compliance with the SEC.

Going out for a little while later to do some errands.

Then, I am going to side hustle as my books have not arrived yet to review.

My daily schedule was interrupted because I had to run a few errands. But I will be working online for a few hours more and then sign off for the rest of the day.

Today has been good! I saw my family physician this morning, got weighed and I have lost 10 pounds! Woo Hoo!

Attached is a photo of peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets that I am keeping at my desk as little mini-meals. You know... In case my sugar gets low, if I get tired and need a little rejuvenation, or just need a little treat to hold me over until my next meal (thus, a mini-meal). Only 140 calories for 10 nuggets. Woo Hoo!

So, I have had a blessed day. How about you?

For a late lunch early dinner I had a soup and sandwich.

Well, even though this thread is dated about seven years ago, it's still current to discuss.
So I must say that my unemployed days are more or less always the same. But in terms of mental and physical health, I must admit that I feel better in the morning hours. But in the afternoon, especially in the last period, I have a sharp drop, especially on a mental level.
Maybe the causes could be: the weather, the current situation, the medications I take or ... I don't know!
I ask: Here there someone that more or less is living my same situation?

Updated my blogs and articles at various publishing sites with some new content, both yesterday and today. Still indulging myself binge-watching historical Korean dramas. There are a few modern K-dramas I want to watch: Chicago Typewriter and Start-Up. They are on my list.
