My roommate made dinner today! Pasta marinara! Her creation was honestly good too!

I lost track of the minutes and totally forgot to prepare dinner!

I usually do not like her cooking, but she got a 5-star rating this evening!

I started my day with a mocha and iced coffee! Both are usually my breakfast.

I am wondering if I should go on the Slim Fast diet again.

LOL. In all of my years I have never had a neighbor invite me for breakfast. But I have been invited for dinner.

My neighbor brings me something than I give her something! We go back and forth!

I love her homemade Chex Mix Party Mix and another favorite is when she brings me Aldi chicken salad.

She likes when I give her flavored coffee for her Keurig!

I'm preparing for Thanksgiving. My daughter usually puts up the tree the day after Thanksgiving. One Christmas she decorated the tree so nicely that we put her "officially" in charge of putting up the tree every year.

Today, I got out of my office and played Bingo. I have not played in almost a year.

Instead of playing for money, we play for items such as groceries. A person is allowed 3 Bingos.

You might make fun, but I can put food on the table.

I chose 1 bag of Shearer's potato chips and 2 bags of Giant Eagle tortilla chips.

The potato chips are for when we have grill cheeses.

The tortilla chips are for this week and weekend as I am going to prepare a couple of dips.

Now I am getting "hangry"! LOL

I spent a lot of time on the phone today catching up with friends but did very little else. It's nice to have a lazy day sometimes.

I went grocery shopping for our Thanksgiving dinner and it wore me out!

Trying to book tickets for an exhibition that's recently been launched.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so I am not doing a lot of hard work. I'm saving my energy to cook the dinner tomorrow. I have to put that 25-pound turkey in the oven by 8AM, so we can eat dinner by 2 or 3PM.

I am tired of waiting on my editor. Last night, I submitted 6 to https://www.weekendnotes.com, but the editor has not published yet. Usually she only takes a couple of hours. She is based out of Austrailia, so there should be no lateness because of the holiday. So, I have been waiting and waiting.

I don't know but I am going through this phase and I keep re-watching Korean dramas on Netflix. Now I'm re-watching Rookie Historian.
