It was a sunny day here and I spent great part of my Sunday in my garden, I planted new ones and removed old. It felt good being outside in the sun.

Right now I am watching the PBS News. On Sundays the show is only half an hour. During the week it's an hour. It has been a quiet day.

Once again I spent my day at home, I did some laundry and some house chores. In the afternoon I took a walk and did my nails.

I just came from seeing my mom out. She had come to visit yesterday and it was great.
Today, I have done my online work well and now I need to focus on other things.

It's a nice day. I'm trying intermittent fasting. They say it's an effective dieting technique that really works. I say my body just needs a break from all the junk I shove into my mouth.
