Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Juice, black tea, a hash brown and pickle sandwich.
salted almonds
Lunch- leftover homemade pizza (with mushrooms, olives, capsicum, tomato and veggie sausages). A mandarine.
Black tea
Dinner- Homemade baked beans on toast. Non alcoholic beer.

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs with Vegemite solidiers, juice, black tea
green tea
Lunch- Just some instant noodles. I wasn't very hungry and was busy.

Dinner- Vegan Putanesca, non alcoholic wine, a caramel apple cupcake
