I had a remote interview first thing and it's thrown. We agreed one time but they wanted to move it forward, calling me three times in 45 minutes to chase me I've yet to recover since that call

Started my day by scanning through some Facebook posts. Left a couple of comments about politics and then moved on. Yes I know they say you should stay away from discussions about politics on Facebook. But "they" say a lot of things that I completely disregard.

It has been a rainy morning but I have managed to wash clothes. I am hoping to go to town in the afternoon, I hope it will not be raining anymore.

Last week i landed in UAE, to stay with my son. Since i am under home quarantine, i am getting lot of free time. Thinking of learning the local language which will be useful during my stay here and trying to learn from online classes.

Today is Election Day in our country.

You know what they say. The results of our elections can decide the fate of the whole world.
(Or at least we like to think so. It can even make a deadly virus disappear. It's a powerful delusion. I admit it.)

But if you believe in God, please pray for US. We're really going to need Divine Intervention on this one.
