Today's been a horrible day for me because I spent most of it at a customs clearance office trying to get a consignment released. We did work for a posh local school and had it printed in South Africa. But the customs officers said we had to cough up the equivalent of $900 for it to clear. Of course, we didn't want to pay it, much less ask the client to foot the bill. So sadly, in the end, we did have to pay the money.
