It's not really tricky. The insurance companies KNOW what they're doing and they KNOW IT'S WRONG! But they also know the average insurance policyholder does not have the wherewithal to fight back!
So one of the CEOs got shot. Do you think the other CEOs are all that rattled about it? NOT! As long the bullets didn't hit them, they will carry on with business as usual. They got enough money to hire bodyguards. The expense on their financial statement that reflects paying for security? It's just the cost of doing business.
Luigi Mangione didn't accomplish anything! He ain't no hero. He's just an angry person who used violence that didn't result in anything fruitful or productive.
A lot of us are angry!
Should we all go around shooting people in the back that we think are at fault or caused the problem that made us angry?
