Yesterday:
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs on toast, black tea, orange juice.

lunch- Leftover curry (I think it was veggie Korma and dhal, with brown rice), a mandarin.

black tea

dinner- 4 bean curry with brown rice, a beer


Today
Breakfast - omlette with mushrooms and vegan feta. Black tea, orange juice

Lunch- didn't actually have a proper lunch, busy writing and wasn't very hungry, just some 2 minute noodles with cashews

black tea

Can of V

Dinner- Stuffed mushrooms, roast veggies
Mulled apple juice (so nice in cold weather)

Today's Food Diary is:

2 English Thin bagel pizzas
4 air fryer potatoes (prepared into wedges)

2 chocolate peanut butter smoothies
25-ounce water bottles of unsweetened iced tea with lime
mochas
diet soft drinks

All under 1,200 calories!

I encourage all of you to post your meals here! Maybe you are not consuming enough. Maybe you are consuming too much. You might learn a new dish! You might get inspired!

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Egg and soy bacon sandwich, with BBQ sauce. Orange juice. Black tea.

Green tea

Lunch: Leftover stirfry with tofu and veggies.

Should have eaten something mid afternoon, because I got hangry, but I was wrapped up in what I was doing.
Black tea.

Dinner: Stuffed mushrooms (stuffing had cashews, lentils and soy sauce), mashed potato and peas.

Glass of gin (2 shots).

For dinner tonight, I'm planning on having Biryani with raita.
For drinks, I'm going to have Rose Lassi. Lassi is a yogurt-based drink that's really popular here.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs on vegemite toast, pineapple juice, black tea.

A handful of salted almonds. Green tea.

Lunch: Lentil soup with spinich and a sourdough roll.

Protein water.
Black tea.

Dinner: veggie sausages, mashed potato and peas and a non alcoholic beer.
For dessert I had an apple and cinnamon cupcake with caramel icing.

Breakfast: Peanut butter on toast, apple and blackcurrant juice, black tea

Protein water after working out

Handful of salted almonds
green tea

Lunch: Minestrone soup

black tea

Dinner: Burritos (with veggie mince, corn, lettuce, cucumber, grated carrot, avocado, hot sauce). Non alcoholic beer.

Shot of whiskey, because it's cold in the evenings now.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Baked beans on toast. Black tea. Apple and blackcurrant juice.

Lunch: A bowl of edamame and some vegetarian dumplings. Jasmine tea.

Half a vegan chocolate and strawberry cupcake (it was too big, so I split it with my husband), black tea

A handful of salted almonds

Dinner: veggie spaghetti bolognese. Glass of white wine.


Today I had:
Breakfast: a mushroom omelette, fruit juice, black tea.

Salted almonds, green tea

Leftover spaghetti and a mandarine.

Black tea

More salted almonds (we bought a big bag)

Dinner- Veggie roast (soy roast, roast veg- potatoes, sweet potato, peas, carrots, onions) Non alcoholic beer.



It is interesting to keep track of this. It makes me mindful of whether I'm eating a decent variety of foodes.

Breakfast- a sandwich with leftover veggie burger patties, pickles, vegan cheese and tomato sauce.
Orange juice, black tea.

Lunch-
Leftover Thai green curry (tofu, various veggies) with coconut rice.

Black tea.

Dinner- dumplings with mushrooms, garlic and chives.
Dark chocolate (a small block of it with sprinkles).

Sunday I had:
Breakfast- mushrooms (cooked in balsamic vinegar with rosemary and garlic) on toast, orange juice, black tea.

Lunch- olive bread, salted almonds, a pickle and half a very large custard apple. Bit random, but it was what I felt like.

Afternoon tea (I was visiting my parents) - black tea, a chocolate brownie (my Mum made vegan ones specially)

Dinner- gnocchi with a tomato based sauce, with mushrooms. Non alcoholic wine.


Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- 2 hash browns, a bowl of baked beans, orange juice, black tea

Green tea

Lunch- pasta with pesto, cashews, olives and vegan feta

black tea

Protein water after my workout

Dinner- Baked potato with hummus and tabouli,veggie sausage and a fresh tomato. It was a bit too much actually, I couldn't finish the potato.
Non alcoholic wine.

I was away camping for a week, so mostly ate simple things that didn't need to be refrigerated (noodles, porridge, potatoes we roasted in the fire, baked beans, apples). On Friday night after we got home we had a veggie tikka masala, dahl and brown rice.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- toast with peanut butter, fruit juice, black tea

Lunch- leftover curry
a mandarine

Black tea

Dinner- veggie roast (soy roast, peas, roast pumpkin, carrot and potatoes)
Non alcoholic wine

Lunch- leftover peanut noodles (my husband made them, they have carrot and coriander, I'm not sure what else), a mandarine

A vegan salami stick

black tea

For dinner we are going to have tomato soup (cooked with coconut milk) with croutons, and I'll probably have a glass of wine with it.

My food diary for today:

11 pieces of potato chips. A mini meal! ;)
jalapeno mac and cheese (roommate bought me fresh jalapeno from a farmers market! Mac and cheese came from a food pantry!) Mix the two and voila a meal!
cucumber salad (cucumber from farmers market too! Mozzarella and Catalina dressing from our pantry.) A meal!
I turned into a glutton before bed and lost count of potato chips with french onion dip. (dip compiiments of food pantry)

Iced coffee
unsweetened iced tea with true orange
water with true orange
diet soft drink

Good? ;)

You can get chilli flakes (that's what we call what you call red peppers here) without any salt added. The ones I use are just flakes of dried chilli, nothing else. Worcestershire sauce has a lot of salt though.
