Sunday I had:
Breakfast- mushrooms (cooked in balsamic vinegar with rosemary and garlic) on toast, orange juice, black tea.
Lunch- olive bread, salted almonds, a pickle and half a very large custard apple. Bit random, but it was what I felt like.
Afternoon tea (I was visiting my parents) - black tea, a chocolate brownie (my Mum made vegan ones specially)
Dinner- gnocchi with a tomato based sauce, with mushrooms. Non alcoholic wine.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- 2 hash browns, a bowl of baked beans, orange juice, black tea
Green tea
Lunch- pasta with pesto, cashews, olives and vegan feta
black tea
Protein water after my workout
Dinner- Baked potato with hummus and tabouli,veggie sausage and a fresh tomato. It was a bit too much actually, I couldn't finish the potato.
Non alcoholic wine.
