Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Mushrooms on toast, juice, black tea
Lunch: carrot sticks with hummus, more chocolate covered pepitas, pickle chips (made from pickles instead of potatoes)
Black tea
Dinner- Pumpkin soup, toast, non alcoholic wine, home made mini vegan cheese cake
Today I had:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast with Vegemite, juice, black tea
green tea
Lunch: pasta with pesto, cashews, vegan feta, olives and dried tomatoes
An orange
Black tea
A couple of cherry tomatoes
Dinner is going to be veggie hotdogs.
