For breakfast today I had a smoothie bowl (berries, muesli, coconut, almond butter, hemp seed) and a cup of black tea.

Lunch- salt and pepper tofu and rice.

Black tea again.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do for dinner yet.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- mushrooms on toast, juice, black tea

Lunch- A veggie burger with chips and a Shirley Temple

Black tea

Dinner- Lentil soup with toast. Non-alcoholic wine.


Today I had:
Breakfast- veggie sausages and a cooked tomato, juice, black tea

Lunch- carrot sticks with hummus, pepitas, a cracker with Vegemite

A mandarine and some pretzels.

Black tea. A dark chocolate Easter egg.

For dinner we are having tacos.

french fries

homemade protein smoothie


I am having lentil tomorrow, so I need to get out the Crock-Pot at 5 am to get started so that the lentil can be ready by 11 am and have all day.

For sandwiches, I am having tuna sandwiches.

Then, chips.

Lunch: A burrito (leftover ingredients from Thursday's dinner), green grapes

Black tea

2 ciders (Friday night, one of the few nights I drink alcohol)

Veggie burger with chips.

Cherry juice.

Today my food diary has consisted of:

yellow rice with vegetables and eggs

Later on, I am going to have some jelly sandwiches.

I had 3 pitchers of sweet tea in the fridge. Too much sugar. So, I poured out 2 pitchers and am now brewing some unsweetened iced tea.

Then, my diet Dr. Pepper seems like the diet Dr. Pepper has more caffeine than usual.

Next, water makes myself extremely hungry.

Do you think that the unsweetened iced tea is going to pull thru for myself? I can't wait!

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: porridge with honey, juice, black tea

Lunch: carrot sticks with hummus, protein balls (made of dates, coconut, cocoa, berries and hemp seed)
Grapes

Dinner: It was a special occasion so I went out to a restaurant. I had vegan 'chicken' nuggests with sweet chilli sauce followed by a mushroom risotto and a glass of plum juice

After dinner I had a cocktail. I forget what it was called but it came with frozen raspberries and was delicious.

Every Sunday, I prepare a luncheon for my roommate and her boyfriend. The 2 request, I prepare.

Yet again, the 2 requested German Potato Salad With Kielbasa. In other words, Crock-Pot Potato Soup with Kielbasa.

I told the 2 that no ifs ands or buts, I am preparing spaghetti next Sunday!

A mocktail (sort of like a Pina Colada, but with more pineapple)

Lunch-
Vegan chocolate protein pudding. I wasn't very hungry.

Dinner- Stir fry with tofu and veggies, non alcoholic wine

Lunch- a burrito (leftovers from last night's dinner, veggie mince, vegan cheese, hot sauce, corn and tomato)
Some dried peaches and a handful of chocolate covered pepitas. Peach iced tea

Dinner- Well I haven't eaten it yet but it's going to be vegetarian ratatouille, and I'm currently having a glass of non alcoholic wine.

Dinner- Pumpkin soup, toast, non alcoholic wine, home made mini vegan cheese cake


Today I had:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast with Vegemite, juice, black tea

green tea

Lunch: pasta with pesto, cashews, vegan feta, olives and dried tomatoes
An orange

Black tea

A couple of cherry tomatoes

Dinner is going to be veggie hotdogs.
