I don't understand myself today. I just lost a friend last Wednesday. I found out that I can't go to the wake because of some superstitions.I am sad and always thinking about her. I feel that I am doing wrong, but to be honest I am always lost since the day. Now I feel like losing my mind because I don't know what to do.

Still it is quite sad because I am trying to reach out on the relatives and family of a friend that passed away, but they are just looking at my message and not sharing any information. How can we see my friend for the last time if they will not give information on how to get to their house. I really feel broken.

Uh huh. Well! I'm not too keen on seeing anybody from my old jobs. One of my jobs, in particular, interfered with my family life. I resigned and moved on. If you had to choose between your family and your job, wouldn't you choose your family? I'm not bitter. But it's a fact. I worked almost 2 decades at that job. The first decade was fine. The last decade was disruptive and not worth the money I was being paid. I resigned peacefully for the sake of my family and because it was a government job. I considered that walking away was the right thing to do. It was a government job and I was a loyal servant to the people. I'm still a patriot. That's my FINAL ANSWER.
( In case some of my former co-workers are reading this. I don't do revenge. )
