Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs on toast, juice, black tea
I went out and met a friend for a cuppa, so more tea, and we split both a doughnut and a brownie.
Lunch: A burrito bowl with rice, beans, sauteed vegetables and guacamole. Lemon iced tea.
Dinner: veggie roast (soy roast, potatoes, purple sweet potato, carrots, peas)
Non alcoholic wine
