Earlier i used to do exercise, yoga, breathing exercise, but now i have knee problem so doctors advised me to stop walking, climbing stairs, folding the leg and squatting on the floor and strictly warned me not to strain left knee. So though i have exer cycle i am unable to do it and shed my weight.

Exercise is a must for our health..It is better to get up early in the morning and do exercises and jogging..

I could definetly do a lot more exercise. Walking, using stairs, that's all ok for me, but I do eat a lot, not always healthy food, and to keep up with that my indulgence, I really need a lot of work!

I try to exercise at least two days in a week, but sometimes I have so many things to do that I only do it once. I think I have to change this, my health is more important than everything else.

Please don't say that. Consider exercise as your way of life just eating in order for you to survive and live longer. It takes self-discipline to do that.

Walking is also my form of exercise right now. I have a FitBit that helps me track my activity levels, so I'm more conscious about making sure I reach a certain number of steps each day. I aim for at least a mile or more per day.
