1/2 cup is healthy but would never fill up my belly! I need atleast 1 cup.
Yes, blueberries are delicious but difficult to find near here.
Bananas are so expensive.

My wife volunteers with the Community Food Pantry twice a week and gets Blueberries ( and many other berries) as well
as bananas and most of the food we eat all for free.
