Jumping Jacks, squats, wall press ups, skipping and the likes.

I usually do some stretching and squats. Also, I go for running a few times a week.

I've recently fallen behind with my keep fit routine :( I've also not got round to starting Yoga, which I aim to by the end of the year. So I really have to drum up some enthusiasm because I know I've put on a few pounds. The older I get, the more concerned I get about my health as well. So I need to sort it out.
