Yesterday I had:
Breakfast:
Orange juice, black tea, scambled eggs on toast with black tea.
Lunch:
leftover Madras curry with rice
It wasn't much so I added crackers with pickles and vegan cheese.
A mandarin.
Black tea.
A handful of salted almonds
Dinner-
burritos with refried beans, tomato, lettuce, corn, grated carrot, cucumber,
Tabasco sauce.
Non alcoholic beer
A red bean mocchi
