It's hard to believe everyone from that generation behaves that way.

In every generation you have all types of people. Maybe some are more present but every have some, even small percent, of each type of people.

That's why I can't understand why he would use his generation as an excuse for molesting people. He said his reason for this behaviour is because he's from a different generation. Not everyone from his generation molests people.

This doesn't come as surprise at all, every dog has his day. This kind of behavior is common in film industry all over the world. People take advantage of their power and position and blackmail the new comers or upcoming stars to get their own way. Then they can confidence and it becomes a habit. It is time that women found courage to stop such men and exposed them.
