@darrensurrey That's impressive. I am 45. I hope to stay active till old age like my grandparents. It's really inspiring that you do so much.

I make it a priority, having worked with seniors in a care home and witnessed what happens when you don't look after your health (or bad health happens to you). There are plenty of people in their 80s and 90s who enjoy active lives so it's possible to keep moving well when we're in our twilight years.

Today core workout and some weights. Most excercise are in planck position. I did 40 abs. It lasted around 40 minutes. Better something than nothing.
