I do have body weight issues sometimes, as most younger women do. I would never go to that extreme though. What always works for me is being more active and eating better. That is so awkward. How can one risk loosing life just to loose weight. I was also so fat sometimes back but after some change in diet, use of lemon water and exercise, I lost weight and I am now so okay with my body.
