I do walk every morning and do some simple exercises, irrespective of the day. Exercise is a daily habit I cannot avoid.

Before me and my husband always go hiking during the weekend. But nowadays because of our hectic schedules we are seldom doing this kind of exercise. But it always feels good to exercise for a healthy way of life.

I go to the work out room at my apartment on Saturday or Sunday but sometimes I skip Saturday.

Sometimes I do, but I have a tendency to skip in slightest pretext. Generally, during weekends I do more than the weekdays!
