Right now, I'm imagining myself holding a cup of hot chocolate in my hands and looking out the window at a blanket of snow on the ground. I'm so happy it's just my imagination running away with me.



It's a delightful and somewhat blustery day in Austin, Texas USA. (At least that's how I feels inside the house. I have not gone outside for the day and probably won't since I did my grocery shopping yesterday.)

Today's been all about work for me but luckily, all from the comfort of my home! I caught up on a few things and then went out to do my grocery shopping, which is so much easier and cheaper now that I drive...yay!! I also washed my hair.

I woke up to late and have been researching good places to get a haircut in the city I now live in and researching jobs. And wishing I had a cappuccino.

I am busy in washing and cleaning our family service van. It's my daily routine to take care with our van for it's too expensive to spend for maintenance

Yesterday was a quiet day. The snow had thawed and it was less cold here in my part of England. Today it looks as if it was never here. I can hardly believe that a couple of days ago we were out building snowmen.

Just submitted a short post to Virily. It usually gets approved within 24 hours. At first I was put off by the approval process but now I don't mind, since it's quick. As log as I can earn income, I'm OK with it. None of my posts were rejected. I have yet to reach the $10 cash out. But that's because I wasn't trying. For 2018, I decided to try. It's not that hard. I like this site for creating quizzes, lists and polls. It's the first revenue-share site that I have ever created this type of content and it's fun!

Well, today was a stressful day for me. I had a doctors appointment and I have not been sleeping much. So my doctor put me on a low dosage of Zoplicone. I really don't want to take a sleeping pill but I will try I guess... And my car wouldn't start a few times. I replaced the started which was $300 so needless to say I am not thrilled.

After four days without water supply, we have to eat out and use very little water from the storage tank, finally the water supply is back this morning. I was glad that I managed to boiled two pots of drinking water, washed a pile of dirty clothes and cleaned a bit of my home.

Today my granddaughter is going to her other nanny so I will be having a day catching up with my sister. It's a bit gloomy out there today but I don't mind.

Did a quick blog post for a new blog I started last year. Blogspot put out some new templates and I wanted to try them but I didn't want to change any of my other blogs. It's super easy to create a new blog so I did! Names my blog Joie de Vivre Magazine. I think it's pretty but I need to improve its visibility so the search engines can find it.

I'm wondering why almost every time I get used to a site and learn how it works, the earnings get wacky. Looks like I might not get paid and the site might disappear. It's probably psychological conditioning since I've had this happen to me so many times I've come to expect it even though it might not happen. Anyway! I kept back up copies of my content just in case. Be prepared.
