I woke up as early as 2 am today. I am currently working right now.

Made it to worship services on a tire with very low air. By the time I got out of services the tire was almost flat. Fortunately my daughter was also at services and gave me a ride home. Left the car in the church parking lot and told my sons to go get it. That's what moms are for!

I had a great day yesterday. We got a another baby guinea pig, just 5 weeks old. I was a bit worried about putting him in with my other two who are a year old but he's a feisty little thing and holding his own. They seem to have accepted him after a bit of chasing him around the cage. I love guinea pigs

It's the first day of 2018, it has to be a great day!
Not really, my wife is not feeling well and I can't do anything since we're still in a long distance relationship.
Hopefully we can be together this year.

Did a post at MyLot (another social blogging site). I set a goal to have initiated 500 discussions by the end of the year (2017) but didn't do it. So my 1st post for January 1st, 2018, was me saying I didn't achieve my goals but I'm perfectly OK with it. It was a little over ambitious.

After that I signed into Forum Coin and started my usual daily posting. I visit Forum Coin every day if I can. Can always find something to learn and it's a consistent way to earn. Plus the community is terrific and I often have fun! Can't beat that!

Looking forward to 2018 here.

My day has been good thus far. I dared to offer an opinion about a political matter on Facebook.

Hey! It's 2018. I usually avoid it but I just wanted to try. Besides ... I really felt like it was something I wanted to say and leave on record somewhere. Facebook is as a good place as any. Next year it will probably show up in my "Facebook Memories" and I'll think: 'Did I say that?'

I usually just use Facebook to interact with my friends and family and to stay in touch with them, @cmoneyspinner. Often times, I don't really bother share my political opinions on threads in Facebook, because of the troll aspect of it and the mob mentality that comes with posting something reslly divisive.

Oh I never worry about sharing my political views. The folks on Facebook treat me just like me just like my husband and kids do. They IGNORE me! I know I'm just talking to myself.

Seems like your granddaughter really likes to make a mess in her room, huh? I still remember when I was a kid and my bedroom would literally look like a war zone. Ah, the days. I miss them!

It is still very cold here so I didn't do too much. I watched some football play off games and put away my Christmas decorations that was about it. It wasn't a very productive day really.

I am feeling a bit lazy today.... I have worked on a few online sites, cleaned up my home office but not yet done, went for morning jogging with my eldest son, spent time with my kids and.... being lazy almost all the time.

I have to take my granddaughter to the optician after school today. I wish I didn't have to because it's so cold but she has yearly appointments which I have to keep. Maybe I'll treat us both to a hot chocolate while we're out.
