Yesterday I went to the funeral of a young man who left this earth too soon. The church was packed but it was a very nice service. It's the third funeral I have attended for the same family. They have suffered such terrible loss.

Will be leaving home shortly to attend worship services. When I get back home will make a Sunday dinner and then spend the rest of the day relaxing and just hanging out with my hubby. Do you think I should track Santa for the rest of the day?

I've had a few rough weeks, from ill health to work etc and just feel I need to recharge. We broke up for work on Friday and I just want to veg and enjoy quality time with my husband. Today I did just that. I did work on my blog and obviously, I'm now here.

Happy Boxing Day to those celebrate it. We don't celebrate it in America. I only know about it because my husband is from The Bahamas and they celebrate it in that country.

The grind... We can all understand that! But, their's an old saying I like to live by...
"No pain, no gain"

Having said that, I would like to echo @cmoneyspinner, and say that your blog really looks nice, especially the logo. Aesthetically, it looks very pleasing, and that is one of the hallmarks of an good blog.

Do you work fulltime for your blog, or it is just a side-venture?

Although we do celebrate Boxing Day in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, I don't personally, or at least I haven't this year. My sister came over and we sorted out my granddaughter's bedroom while she was out visiting her cousins. Making room for the new stuff and sneakily removing stuff that she hasn't played with for ages to prevent cries of "I need that!".

I don't have any snow pants or snow boots, so I just have to wait for a couple more days. It was my mistake in the first place!

Yes she likes to hang on to old and broken toys. The weather here is horrible today. Rain and wind but where my daughter lives further down south they have snow. I'm definitely not going anywhere today unless it brightens up.

Same here. Just online working and then, I'm going to take a mid-day nap. The weather is pretty muggy, outside, a little bit of snow, but... meh... I actually have a cold and head-ache, so I don't feel like doing anything today, but work is work...

I spent a lot of the day sleeping as I can't seem to shake this viral infection, it goes off for a few days and then comes back with a vengeance .. going into week 7 now so maybe it's time to see the dr. who will tell me "it's just a virus".
