Today, I was bad.

I went into the city with my roommate. I did not have any protein shakes. I did not pack a lunch.

So, like bad girls, we went through the McDonald's drive-thru.

I got a $5 meal.

Late tonight, I decided to have another meal. I had not eaten in quite a few hours. So, I prepared myself an air fryer bread pizza and nibbled on some cheese balls.

Hash brown and pickle? A very different concoction! I need to prepare myself such a sandwich!

Today, my food diary is:

egg salad sandwich
air fryer French fries
salad with dressing (maybe 2 plates of salad. 1 plate has only 100 calories)

2 coffee peanut butter smoothies

Yeah, I suppose it's a bit weird but I like it.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs on toast with vegemite, juice, black tea

Lunch: Vitawheats, some 'BBQ snacking seeds" (just bought them, they're different seeds like pepitas and stuff with BBQ seasoning), a chocolate vegan pudding cup thing. I had a kiwi fruit packed for lunch as well but ran out of time to eat, work was crazy

Dinner: I went out to dinner with my husband. We had Baba ganoush (not sure how to spell it) and fancy crackers and split a margarita pizza. I had a glass of wine and a French martini.

Today was awful...

Yesterday, I had dental work yet again. So, today, was awful, Soft food not filling.

Between having dental work and being on a diet? A total mess.

tuna soup

oats with brown sugar and cinnamon

peanut butter cupcake

some chips that I could barely chew (I now only have one tooth on top and right in front. Getting fitted for false teeth is going to take a while.)

My drinks are another story...

Some food that is soft and good for on a diet would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have a pitcher of peanut butter oatmeal shakes ready for tomorrow!

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- Half a gigantic custard apple, 1 hash browns and some baked beans, juice, black tea. Bit of a big breakfast, probably excessive tbh.

Green tea

Lunch- leftover lentil soup and toast
A mandarine

Black tea

Dinner- Veggie 'meat'balls made from lentils, mushrooms and walnuts (never used that recipe before and probably won't again because it didn't work very well- tasted good but the balls fell apart) with tomato based sauce.
Glass of wine.
Vegan chocolate biscuit.
