There are people obsessed about body figure and willing to take risk even they know it is harmful. I don't know what's on their mind why they do that?! A person I know got tape worm because of an open wound he have got entered because of a flood. He said that a tape worm exited his nostril. It is really shocking people intentionally ingest this now.

We should make sure the pork meat we bought from the market is fresh and not too frozen/double dead. To avoid this kind of parasite we should consider cleanliness first.

I think instead of risking our lives in taking parasite to get diet why don't we considered food w/ probiotics or food containing good bacteria such as lactobacillus.

We read about Taenia Solium ( Tapeworm) in our high school Biology book. It can infect you through infected and under-cooked pork. It is a very dangerous form of infection that might cause severe seizures and brain damage. I do not know how obsessed and insane people can be to go ahead with endangering their life in name of looking pretty and slim. Awful and disgusting!! I could not stand the video till the end and paused it in middle feeling sick.

I remember my neighbor's 4 year old son got the infection by eating some infected uncooked pork in salad. He got severe seizures several times in a year as the creature had gone to his brain. It took more than an year for the poor fellow to fully recover from the condition. I clearly remember the suffering of the child and of the family.
