Do you exercise everyday?

I'm online most of the day and sometimes I forget to exercise. Sometimes I'm just lazy to exercise. Now I got interested in exercising again. I downloaded a Google app to help me and guide me. I should set a time in the morning to exercise. What are the benefits of exercising? 8-)

Before I was.
But these days I'm skip a lott.
But will try to re-exercise again and be consistent everyday.
Jogging is not good for knees, coz my knees hurts.

Wow thanks for the list. I have always heard that exercise is beneficial to good health. Now I can see some specific areas in the body that can be improved through exercise. I will start to incorporate exercise into my routine.

I really wish I did, But I don't. Especially since I sit all day at a desk and PC. However, I do cycle or run at least once a week.

I try and exercise 3 or 4 times a week. Ideally, I like to go to the gym to lift weights for 3 days and then do cardio 2 or 3 days, but sometimes work and life get in the way.

One important line I heard somewhere is: you will never FIND time for the gym, you need to MAKE time... as "not enough" time is a common excuse (myself included).

Exercise has lots of benefits. It releases endorphins. Our mood improves. And it increases energy, self-esteem. I exercise once a week.

Honestly I cannot make exercise daily since I have a very limited time in my work but I am trying to do that during my day off.

But for people with health problem already and/or at the stage of 60's, I think they must consult a doctor first before including the exercises on their daily routine. Some exercises may not good for them.

I haven't in so long I tried it the other day & O M G I thought I was going to fall on the floor ha ha ha
everything hurt me for the rest of the day so I won't be trying that no more & at 60 yrs old I don't
think it would be a very good idea either but IF I had of kept it UP back in the day it would be fine.

Thank you, these remind me that I need to workout more frequently than what I am doing now, I just wish i have some more time to do so.

I do Zumba sometimes but I won't do it unless I am alone here. My boyfriend is laid off from his job until the snow is gone so I haven't had any alone time for a while now. I don't like going for walks because of the ice and snow which is a poor excuse, I know. I am hoping when the temperatures change I will go outside more. In the meantime, I will continue to sometimes do Zumba inside.

This is something that i used to do on a daily basis but of late my body just gave in and is feeling really tired. So i have given myself time out before i start on the regime again
