In India at least 7-8 well connected frauds and their powerful friends are falsely claiming to own my Paypal account to get great powers, government jobs, though they are not connected to the account in any way and cannot withdraw any money. My phone calls, smses, emails, postal mail are diverted to these frauds because of their completely false claims which top officials believe.

Do all Paypal account holders worldwide face the same problem, or are indian paypal account holders only defamed, exploited in this manner due to corruption, nepostism in India

I am the member of Paypal since 4 years, I do not face any such problem with Paypal till now. You can report this to cyber crime department in India.

I am not facing a problem with the money only 7-8 frauds have allegedly got jobs in R&AW, India's external intelligence agency, at my expense because Paypal India falsely claims that these well connected frauds are associated with me, own my account and have my resume, investment
My phone calls, smses, emails,postal mail are diverted to these frauds , missing mail complaint to India today and other magazines can be provided,
Why should lazy greedy frauds get credit for my Paypal revenues doing nothing except cheating, while I am being defamed
No cybercrime cell will take action because the powerful friends and relatives of these shameless cheater women are in CBI and R&AW and are responsible for these rumors
