Hi Friends,

Now a days cell phone talk time operators are selling the sim cards of their companies at nominal prices and some times they are selling in cheap rate means less than rs 5.00 and also they are offering talk time more than worth of rs 20.00 so I am buying regularly new sim cards and after using them for some days I am destroying them and going for new sim cards. Except BSNL(Govt Owned) all other sim cards are available in offer all time all days. I have seen these offers in Andhra Pradesh and I have not checked in other states.

But registration must in India, we have to complete the application with required details and we have to attach a latest photo and Identity proof like Rationcard, Votercard, Aadharcard, driving licence or Passport copies.

I do not think in Bangalore any such offers are there because i never saw any such advertisements in TV or any news papers. or may be i did not notice. Mine is BSNl sim and cauvery plan and that is the profitable one among all i think , because it gives 50 free local and national sms free each month after that, it charges 60 paise for each sms sent

buying sim cards in the Philippines is like buying a bread in a bakeshop. No need to attach any valid Identity proof.
that is why a lot of foreigners are coming here ,It's more fun in the Philippines.
