Bitter Gourd has many benefits.
At times, when I feel that it is going to "benefit" me, I can eat it even if it tastes bitter.
However, in our homes, I have seen it being cooked in 2-3 different ways.
One is what you have shown in the picture.
And i think one should have it at least once in a month, if not more for health benefits.
