Today's Homemade Protein Shake Review

Postby Spontaneo » 18 May 2025, 00:36

Today’s Homemade Protein Shake Is:

Peanut Butter and Jalapeno Jelly Protein Shake

All you need to do is get out your blender and puree.

I used:

Amish Wedding Jalapeno Jelly

Walnut Creek Peanut Butter Spead

Water (I am low on milk, which is better, but either is good)
Eggs
Vanilla extract
Zero-calorie sweetener

Prepare to taste. There are no rules.

What is funny is that I despise peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but love these protein shakes!

These are good for early in the morning or late at night.

I like to drink with a straw!

Sip! Slurp! Chug!

Never tried this stuff. I am not sure if I would like it or not.
Yet it sounds like pretty heavy stuff, enough to fill one's tummy for hours !

That peanut butter and jalapeno jelly protein shake is an amazing mix but it sticks when you put it in a blender and puree it comes out thick and a little spicy. Its flavor is very unique. It gives you energy and a completely different taste. It's not like other shakes. It's like a crow screaming at night. It makes you feel like you've tried something fresh. When you take a sip, you feel hot and sweet at the same time. Simple but very memorable.

Tonight I am having eggnog! I can't wait!

I am going to prepare another batch for tomorrow.

I would like to learn about how to prepare lemonade smoothies.

Starting tomorrow, I am going to consume a 32-ounce water bottle every day, containing my own protein shake called "Spontaneo's Poor Person Protein Shake". ;) ;)

What do you think?
