Imagine the large Cinémathèque Française cinema in Paris has temporarily closed its doors over a bedbug attack. People had gone to a Sigourney Weaver event and started complaining that they had been bitten by bedbugs while sitting on the seats. A source told Le Parisien newspaper that the bugs were on the seats and even on people's clothes.
The cinema management did not remain silent and said they would do a steam heat treatment on all the seats to kill the bugs completely. They have promised to reopen once they have finished the work and made sure everything is clean and visitors are safe. It is a sad scene but they have to do it so that people can return without stress.
