They look tasty and may be also easy to make I have never made them and feel like giving them a try

I will create my own recipe I will boil potatoes with salt, mash them, add cornflour, add a bit of water, flatten them and shallow fry them

I like anything made from potato and corn flour

Your recipe is simple and legit, the potatoes and cornflour combo is so delicious. I've tried something similar. I added a little coriander and onion to enhance the flavor. If you mash them well and flatten them, then shallow fry them. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can also add a little chili if you like them spicy. Honestly, it's a very fresh and easy-to-make snack and goes well with any sauce you like.

Looks like I have consumed something similar but not sure if it was exactly the same thing or different.
Yet sounds like a good stuff to eat.
May be I can consume something similar with curd.

I have yet to try I may also add chopped onions and coriander leaves.

South Korea have a dish very similar to this, but their version have more green onions.

Some add eggs which ensures crispness. I must try that.
